Bi-level sinks - Do you have one? Do you love it?

I have seen bi-level sinks made by Swanstone ('Ascend'); Elkay; and Kohler. These sinks have a single good sized bowl with a raised platform within the bowl to one side. The purpose of the higher platform is to have a place where 1.) you can place produce down to rinse it even if there are dishes in the sink bowl 2.) you can rest a pan that needs scrubbing without having to bend into a deep bowl or trying to balance it on the divider and 3.) you can set a large pan to fill it with water without having to haul it out of the deeper bowl when it's heavy with water. Every tall man I have quizzed has agreed that deeper sinks hurt their backs. But we all love deep sinks. This seems the perfect solution. If you have a sink like this, will you please comment about it? I want to be sure I'm making the right choice. I'm considering the Swanstone sink which is very affordable though I wish it didn't have the curved shape since I plan to do a 'cottage style' kitchen.
