Which tile to go with white dove cabinets

There are so many whites out there! I am looking for a subway tile to go with my white dove cabinets. The counters will be crema antique which is a little creamier than the white dove, so I will lean toward creamier, not whiter, than the white dove. I know white dove is very popular, I would love to know if anyone found the perfect white tile and where I could get it.

thinktoomuch--I don't know if this is perfect however my cabinets are white dove and I used TAGINA Siena White crackled subway tiles. I know they have a bone color too which is creamier. Good luck. I found tile on of the hardest things about a renovation. Paddytc (Gount was standard white and definately millowed since pics were taken.) Pictures were right after grouting and I almost had a heartattack...but now blends awesome.

My cabinets are dove white also, kraftmaid Alexis, my granite is absolute black, and I am going with white tiles.Your kitchen looks great. Where did you purchase your tiles? I like the ones in the middle over your stove.

I always use an extender with Aura. It gives you more time before drying. If you're painting a bathroom, research "surfactant leaching." This happens when the paint in a bathroom isn't fully cured, and you use the shower. Google photos of surfactant leaching. Most paint stores will say latex cures in a few days, but I had this problem in two homes and did extensive research. You get ugly drips down the walls, and they are yellow or brown. You can wash it off, but it comes back. Now, when I paint a bathroom, I wait 30 days before using the shower. That may be overkill, and if you only have one shower, that would not be possible.

White can be very tricky. Do you have a sample piece that you can bring around with you? Also when you zero in on a white, try to get a sample board or order as many samples as you can so you can line them up. I installed a white crackle that showed a greyish cast. We tore it out and replaced it with another tile. I have Dove White cabinets but my granite is giallo ornamental(long story) not the best choice with the Dove White. Your soapstone will blend in with whatever white you choose. But you need to look at it at various times of the day and with your lighting. I got advise from various tile stores. Some are better than others but they will help steer you. Also, have you check the Finished Kitchen Blog? Good luck!

Paint a big swatch of the paint you are using and bring home or order LOTS of samples. Check the out under the same sort of lighting you plan to use in the kitchen. White is hard to match because you have the "undertones" to consider Here is a link that might be useful: The undertones!

We have BM white dove cabinets and trim. Countertops are Vadara Sereno Bianco MAISON BASTILLE BLACK WALNUT floors in tawny( color). I am wanting the walls to be a gray but not dark. I feel they need to be a warm vs cool to look good with the white dove. There are so many colors and I’m overwhelmed! Any suggestions are appreciated!

I bought my tiles at Wayne Tile in New Jersey.. The decorative tiles above stove are the same brand as the subway TAGINA Siena White. I don't know if Kraft Maid dove white cabinets are the same as BM dove white you might double check. My cabinets are BM dove white so check the whiteness, if that is a word.
