plastic grohe handheld broken after 3months
Comments (1)Hi, I feel for you. I also am less than satisfied with Grohe. I had a kitchen faucet installed 5 years ago. During the 1st 3 yrs the sprayer stopped working, now into the 5th year every so often the screws holding the cartridge down come loose and I have water all over. Sometimes when I'm not at home it will start leaking. My new cabinet is already ruined. I contacted Grohe and they sent me a replacement sprayer with no problem and then they sent me new screws, but I have to be vigilant on checking them. I'm trying Hansgrohe in my new bathroom. I know the two companies are not affiliated so I hope Hansgrohe will be better. Thanks, Marilyn...See MoreGrohe ladylux3 faucet leaking
Comments (3)What a bummer, I'm so sorry! Call or email Grohe and complain. They have a lifetime warrant on their faucets as long as you are in the home and have the receipt. I've had Grohe faucets for years in my baths and never a problem, but I've heard they are very responsive on these issues. At the very least they should reimburse you for the parts you had to replace. ********** Grohe Warranty Limited Lifetime Warranty (U.S.A. Comments (5)I'm not sure about the finish--I'd check the warranty if you still have it--but definitely contact Grohe. I called Grohe Customer Service about several faucets and they sent me the replacement parts right away, no questions asked.
