Which prep sink with main silgranite sink?

I am looking at Silgranite Cafe brown for the main sink. It would be a regular size Blanco Diamond single, there is no room for a super single.

What would be a good prep sink to combine the silgranite with? The prep sink cabinet will be 21" wide, I am looking for the largest sink that would fit and would have the drain on a side on in the back to save space (going to have a GD there). This is going to be the sink that gets the most use due to its location.

I like everything matching so another Silgranite Blanco Diamond would be perfect, but the smaller size is too small.

There are stainless sinks that definitely fit and have similar shape, but then how would it look if the other sink is Silgranite?

I don't know about sinks that fit the size but you might consider ORB or copper or whatever might coordinate with your faucets/hardware/lighting or other accessories.

I am planning to use the round siligranite blancorondo prep sink
because of all I have heard about how useful this size and shape
sink is. My kitchen is small and I want the sinks to match.

We're putting ours at the "extra" sink, which is actually the bar/beverage/coffee/morning food/snacks/garden/helper-prep sink near the fridge. It's closest to the dining room, hall and back door than to the range. We'll store all glassware above the bar sink, not the clean-up sink. The range is nearer the clean-up sink, and I don't want anyone walking in the cook/clean area when doing dishes or cooking, so we're keeping all other activities at the perimeter.

Silver always looks good with Carrara, but I really dislike ss sinks. Have you considered silgranit? Blanco's metallic gray sink is a beauty. From a distance I thought it was a nicer ss sink but without the ss water marks. It sparkles just a bit, but isn't gaudy. It looks great with Carrara, especially if it has any charcoal veining. In fact, I'm using the metallic gray for my cleanup sink with honed Carrara. If I put the Carrara on my island too, I'll do the metallic gray for my prep sink also.

Whether it will work functionally depends on how far the reach is. A 15" deep sink will be overpowered by a faucet w/a 9" or 10" reach and will block easy access to the sink when the water is running. I need my hands in the sink much more at the Prep Sink than at the Cleanup Sink. So a faucet that sticks too far into the sink would get in the way. My Prep Sink faucet actually is a bit too deep for my 15-3/4" square sink...and it has a 9" reach. I think a 7" or 8" reach would have been better.

Stacy, I have the Akurum line which had the split top drawer standard. It can be done by mounting a divider to attach the rails to. That is how I do the individual trash pullouts under the sink (see the under sink photo I posted earlier) . I dont necessarily think split drawers are an advantage because you lose about 3 1/2” storage. I like the off-white Bodbyn. It’s not yellow in my kitchen which does have warm lighting @ 3000K and lots of wood which causes it to photograph with a yellowish cast. Look back at my daughter’s kitchen to see how the Bodbyn looks next to bright white subway tile. She has warm lighting too. Also, Ikea has a new door, Akstad that is bright white. Hope you find something you like.

Like Vic, I'm using the blancorondo, but it might not be as big as you want. Have you looked at the Diamond single bowl (24" wide) or the Precis medium bowl? It's about 13" wide but almost 16" front to back, which I think would be a very generous prep sink, and the drain is far in the back.

We just installed a Silgranit main sink on perimeter and Franke stainless prep sink on island. Honestly, no one is going to notice, or care, that they are two distinct finishes. In fact, we might end up with two different finish faucets, and I doubt anyone but me would ever notice that either. And, trust me, I obsessed over each of these decisions for a long time.
