What damage if they tear out my counter?

Sorry to be posting so much lately, and bombarding you all with the same kitchen pics! :-/

There was a miscalculation when measuring prior to my stainless countertop's installation and the fabricators will be ripping out the brand new stainless counter and replacing it with one that won't have odd gaps where there shouldn't be any (long story). I appreciate them for doing this, but I can't help but wonder if the new farm sink and cabinets underneath might get damaged. The backsplash tile hasn't been put in yet so there will be no damage to any of the walls. The sink is obviously under-mounted. The countertop was glued in with whatever stuff they use to permanently install such countertops.

Thank you!
