whats the general consensus on kraus faucets?
Comments (4)We have the Kraus KPF-1602 faucet. It's really nice. It came beautifully packed, and feels very heavy. Solid brass construction. Great water pressure. The finish is triple-plated like the very best brands. We bought ours from expressdecor because they were offering free shipping, and 10% off at the time (I just looked, and now they are offering 5% off, but 5% is still better than nothing). We've had the faucet in place for about 8 months, and it has performed flawlessly. This particular faucet is very tall, and would not work for a sink that has cabinets above it, but I know there have been people on this forum who bought other Kraus faucets and liked them. We were inspired by Robinst's photos of the same faucet in her kitchen. I'll link a post below where she and a couple of others talk about the faucet. I know Kngwd and Funfarm also bought Kraus faucets, so perhaps they'll chime in. Or you can do a search for threads by them and see if there are any updates from them. Comments (3)I've had this faucet for over a year and it's been great. The sprayer has a locking mechanism. In your photo, you can see the hook attached with a screw. If you leave it locked in place, the sprayer comes on as soon as you turn on the faucet. If you leave it unlocked, you have to squeeze the handle for the sprayer. you could conceivable leave the main valve on and both sprayer and faucet head off, both on or either one on or off. We mostly leave the sprayer on and the faucet off. The Kraus carries a lifetime warranty and customer service has been excellent. I had to use the service once when the vinyl covering on the hose started to yellow for direct sunlight. Kraus sent me a new one and told me that if I had the problem again, they'd replace it again....See MoreFaucet for 32 inch Kraus CORE Workstation sink (undermount)-HELP
Comments (8)We have been happy with this Kohler Artifacts faucet at our prep sink. I recommend it if it fits your style. Our prep sink has an inside width of 28" and the reach is more than sufficient. There is a version that is a bit taller than this one. Plenty of height to place stockpot on top of cutting board for filling. Easier than lifting from bottom of sink. https://www.us.kohler.com/us/artifacts-single-hole-kitchen-sink-faucet-with-16-pull-down-spout-and-turned-lever-handle-docknetik-magnetic-docking-system-and-3-function-sprayhead-featuring-sweep-and-berrysoft-spray/productDetail/kitchen-sink-faucets/1062778.htm...See MoreHot water faucet finish match to Kraus spot free stainless steel
Comments (2)I have a Kraus sink and a Delta Trinsic faucet. I love my faucet, it’s wonderful. Generally speaking most stainless finishes match fine with an inception of a few brands. https://www.deltafaucet.com/kitchen/product/9659-DST.html...See Moreshannonplus2
