mariofo no it isn't crema marfil, it is a natural stone called pearl honed. The picture actually shows the tile to be a shade lighter than what it is in person. The tile place is recommending a color called straw which is a little dark. I wan't to keep the backsplash on the light side and was looking for a color a little lighter that doesn't have a grey or pink cast to them. How did you do the test the day before on extra tiles, did you mix and put some on the tile??

I agree that it looks good as is without grout, so I’d also suggest a medium grey to match a grey color in the tile. You don’t want too light or too dark on the grout so it gets more lines then the mosaic has already. Sorry I don’t know more on a good brand, but like I said my tile installer used that one you mentioned. Keep researching and be brave!

first or second from left. Not the third from left, way too light. it depends what u want from the grout. Stand out or blend in... i think the middle one would blend more, left one a little more bold.... either is fine

IMO those tiles were a poor choice I think not beveled and no herringbone would have been a much simpler choice and if that counter is not marble then marble was also a bad choice.IMO that backspalsg now requires a white grout and no other thing on the counters and for sure not above the cabinets all that just adds to the eye clutter you have created. If at all possible return those tiles and go simpler and not a real stone next to fake.
