Go biscuit or almond if you don't like white or stainless, but PLEASE don't go with the black Kohler, you'll regret it. I had one in a previous house. It was not the apron front style, but it was a tile-in double basin. It's made the same, I think it's enamel over cast iron. We were on city water which was very hard, the house also had a water softner. The house was one year old when we bought it, we were the 2nd owners. We lived there for 2 and a half years, so it was only 3 and a half years old when we moved. The bottom of the sink was discolored and badly scratched. It looked like a white and blue-ish film on the bottom that could not be removed. It was so bad, it became something we had to give a credit for when we sold the house. We didn't replace the entire sink because it was tiled in. It would have been very hard to remove without damaging the tile. Our move was fairly quick (job relocation), so we didn't have the time to deal with it.

We never used abrasive cleaners or things that would scratch. We had a professional Kohler refinisher come out and tried to get him to re-do it. He refused, saying that the black would just do the same thing in a short amount of time. He said that the black was the worst color Kohler makes for scratching.
