Hi! The sink is one of the famous (thanks to this site) Ticor models, specifically s1058. Ticor says that a 36" wide cabinet is needed, and my cabinet has an *interior* width of 36". There was plenty of room, so depending on how you mount a sink (with clips, vs with struts, vs placed between plywood and the granite or other solid surface) 36" *total* width would probably be ok, too. The faucet is a Hansgrohe Allegro Gourmet. The instahot has a little detailing and ribbing that is more traditional than the faucet, but they are both neutral enough and shaped similarly enough that they work together. The finishes look very similar in person, too, so I'm happy. I think I'll go make some instant-hot tea! :) I love that thing!!!!

I would space them out like lsandler, and plan to when I do mine, to make it visually more open, less cluttered, and most importantly, to make it as easy as possible to clean between and around them. Sue

Thanks for the input Lascatx. Any reason not to like an air switch? I thought it would be nice to have close to the sink for dripping hands. And then there's the 30" deep cabinet--I have to stretch a little for a wall switch on a standard depth counter. I haven't found a good-looking soap dispenser/airgap combo--it seems that there is just one brand available but maybe I've missed something good. As for the instant hot dispenser, I've never had one. I've used one elsewhere for tea and such but haven't cooked with one. I don't know if I WILL use one for cooking, but if I do, I'll want to be able to fill a pot. The sink is currently planned to have the small bowl at 6" deep, which is only about 5 1/4" below the deck...hrmmmm. Maybe just making the thing deeper would make this easier. Guess I'll go see if the dispenser swivels. My small bowl is my washin' bowl and I don't want a spout in the way (I don't want scalding water for hand dishwashing, right?)

The only issue I see with your soap dispenser is that the spout isn't long enough to reach over the edge of the sink. 4 inches is a good length, so it doesn't drip onto your counter or force you to stuff your hand under it and over the counter. There have been some threads on placement of soap, and it is probably smart for you to get a squirt bottle and play with it in your bathroom to see which side you are likely to grab or reach for with one hand, eg.
