Here's an unfinished one. You can order it with the Sea Grass seat, as they call it. I wonder if that term in a search would bring up more. I looked in all my usual places (target, yankee whatever, shaker something, carolina rustica, plow & hearth...) earlier today and came up with nothing. Mags438 - Thanks for responding. I am concerned about the bulkiness the arm rests add as well. I haven't found any models that don't look bulky. Some of the ones I found just look "blah" as well. Attractiveness is subjective and I guess that is the biggest variable. It's quite tiring on the eyes to look through page after page. Someone on here had suggested a site called "Nebraska Furniture Mart." With the amount of choices available, that is the only streamlined site I have found that doesn't just allow you to narrow down your search to specifics, but does so accurately. Other sites allow you to pare down your choices but then the program will leave out items that clearly fit the requested criteria.

With kids and wood floors I strongly reccommend swivel stools with a low back that goes under the counter because they will spin them but a t least they won’t be dragging them across the floor. I love the Bombo form Magis it is also height adjustable which is nice with little kids and also doulbles as an extra chair at the table.They come in some great colors and stand up very well , they are used in quite a few coffee bars in London.
