Yes, I bought my kitchen faucet there. I can't remember any specifics about the transaction, which means it wasn't a bad one! I've linked the one I bought - a total steal compared with the Rohl ones!

Funny, I JUST bought from them because the reviews I read were generally positive. The faucets were just delivered on Friday and we haven't had a chance to open the boxes to check them yet. But purchasing and delivery were no problem at all...they shipped out pretty quickly and sent tracking info.

The faucets we bought were a REALLY good price, best I could find with the exception of another online store that had HORRIBLE reviews (so I didn't order from the bad store).

I have bought a fair amount -- a vanity, light fixtures, a couple of rainbarrels, window shades -- from them over the past couple years. I think there might be some unevenness to the quality they carry, so I always take pains to read the reviews submitted by of people who bought the item I'm interested in.

For such a big operation, they have excellent communications and order monitoring processes.

I don't remember ordering anything for my kitchen there, but we've ordered other things - a set of sheets, son ordered some jewelry for a gift and I think each of the boys have a designer wool suit we ordered from them. My son had to replace a bracelet with a faulty clasp and we had no problems with service at all.

You really haven't seen any print or TV ads saying "It's all aboutthe O?"

I ordered my guest bath sink (marble vanity) from them and a crib. The speed and the service was excellent, especially the chat service was terrific. I also ordered a bunch of bath accessories that I thought were great but they were rejected by my dh. Return was easy. Only problem that I had was that I waited too long to return the first sink and then they kept $50 for returning it too late.

The OP is asking about overstockdeals.com, which appears to be completely unrelated, and possibly capitalizing on the name and credibility of overstock.com. I have had several very positive purchases from overstock.com and wouldn't hesitate to recommend that website, but don't have any familiarity with overstockdeals.com.

I was considering them for a sink purchase that I couldn't find anywhere else and they had a great price, but their review and return policy scared me away...it was pretty tough from what I remember. I often look for reviews elsewhere before I use an unknown online retailer.

Thanks, popmom2 for the link to Reseller Ratings.com. Very interesting. Half the reviewers loved them and the other half despised them! I think, based on the bad reviews, they're too risky for me. I'm not much of a gambler!

Well, that was my point. It seems to me that if they're any great shakes as a company they could have found a unique name and not rely on confusing people into thinking they were ordering from overstock.com.

I bought my faucets overstockdeals.com because I knew it was the faucet I wanted (we already have it here, bought same faucet for our new house). If it was an item I had no clue if I'd like, I would go somewhere else with a better return policy. But since I was only worried about defective issues, I was good to go with Overstockdeals.com.

And writersblock, not that I care, but how do you know overstockdeals.com wasn't around before overstock.com? I've bought from overstock.com and had both very good and very bad service with them...sometimes it's catch as catch can with online retailers.

I'm glad you had good experiences with them ImaCurvyGrrl, but just to clear it up, overstock.com is six years older than overstockdeals.com. Neither company hides their dates.

Found a great deal on counter stools. The shipping cost sealed the deal. I was very happy with stools - ended up ordering extras.

This is so weird! I just purchased my faucet from here today and had never used them before. I used Paypal to feel safer and credit cards give you time to dispute if needed. I used them because of the shipping promo. Hopefully it will be here in a day like they say.

Sorry, I thought the OP was asking about deals on Overstock since it was shown as two words in the title. I didn't check out the link -- never heard of them before. Woops!

I ordered a Kohler soap dispenser from Overstockdeals.com. I did not open the package for two months. The dispenser was missing a tube. I called Kohler and Kohler sent the part out the same day I called. I don't know how the retailer would have handled it but Kohler already had my purchase info and I had not yet sent in the registration card. Kudos to Kohler and unknown for odeals-altho it was promptly shipped and difficult to know where the fault lies in sending a boxed product with a missing part. Kudos to odeal for informing Kohler of my purchase.
