I found that I needed a longer hose, because the trash pullout completely fills the area directly under the dispenser. I begged them to sell me one with a longer hose, and they did. But then for some reason I switched dispensers, and I ended up just buying a length of plastic tubing from Home Depot and cutting it to fit (I took the dispenser mechanism to the store with me to be sure I got the right size). My dad's dispenser mechanism broke recently, so I bought a new one for him and discovered that the hose that was originally there (I'd set my mom & dad up with a NeverMT as well) wouldn't fit, so I did the same thing for him--just bought the clear host from HomeDepot. I don't care that it's supposedly "easy" to fill the dispenser from the top--who wants to refill the darned thing every two or three weeks? I buy a mega-jug of soap, and I put it under the sink w/ the hose, and I never think of it again for about a year. (I installed a screw-hook in the side wall of the cabinet, and I hang the jug from the hook using a "chain" made of zip-tie loops. This suspends the jug above the cabinet floor, and then I can use a deep pullout on the floor without the jug blocking the way)

I don't have it, but some other folks here do. here's I would bet you can hook it up to the NeverMT tubing kit

Hi Carol - I'd like to avoid the bottle if I can The Grohe is a piss poor design. It does not even screw it. It's held in rentention with plastic clips that *rentent* on the inside of the bottle. The Kohler is at least a screw on design... And yes, it's a chore to fill up the bottle. The top fill is too small to dispense soap .... So in order to do the bottle refill, I need to empty out the kitchen sink base, get on my back and remove bottle. The reverse - get on my back, grab the filled bottle and put it back in. I have a deep/deepish sink, so it's a small cavity of space between the sink/cabinet where there bottle sits in between

Suzanne, that's a nice trick. I don't want to take a chance though with my inspector. He cost me an extra $800 in labor from my plumber when he saw a 1/2" clamp on the gas hose in the ceiling. He actually climbed up and checked every inch of the hoses in the entire kitchen. He had never seen it used before (advanced plumbing) so he required my plumber to spend two weeks emailing back and forth to the manufacturer and the plumbing council for written documentation that it is safe to use in residential plumbing. All the extra unnecessary costs from inspection demands came out to at least $5000. My plumbing had to be done by two different plumber since he disliked the work of the first one. The 2nd plumber sent the inspector diagrams of three different authorized ways to plumb my sink so that he doesn't have to come out multiple times and charge me triple. I wouldn't put it past him to crawl in and check.
