I'd like to replace this before Thanksgiving (photo)

Here is a photo of what our ceiling light looks like (except ours is kinda flatter in the glass part). It's hard-wired and flush mounted in the "dining room" of our living/dining room area and it's just not bright enough! I think we're only supposed to use 60 W light bulbs, or maybe it's 40W, and it takes 2 light bulbs.

Replacing this has been on my to-do list because it's just not bright enough for when we're eating dinner! I've seen some pretty nice cam lighting with LED light but I don't really want to convert this to a cam light unless it's super easy to do. I mean REALLY *super easy*!

I'd appreciate any help and suggestions for a replacement light fixture that will give us a lot more light! I did a bit of on-line looking at Home Depot, and really didn't come up with much in the way of something I liked that would also make things brighter without using up gobs of electricity to light up the room and area. Most of the choices used 40W, 60W, or 75W regular light bulbs.

Thanks for any help!

Smiles,

Sooz
