Do you have a basket or remotes or do you have a universal one?
Comments (6)my wife got me the best Christmas present ever last year, a Logitec Harmony remote. you program it thru your PC. enter your model number of each device in the program, it retrieves the codes and dumps them to your remote. you even tell it what devices to turn on for what activity. it is truly the only remote i have ever seen that does all functions of the originals. i included a link below. mine took the place of 12 remotes. i even have read of people using them to control lighting and gas fireplaces, though i don't. the only drawback is that you must be connected to the internet to program it, and i only have dial up at home so it can sometimes take a while. Here is a link that might be useful: pricey but worth it!...See MoreDo You Like Your Featherbed?
Comments (1)We had a featherbed when I was pregnant with our third baby. We only used it for a few months but it was really great for me! Very comfortable. Not hot. But hubby couldn't stand it so we ditched it after the baby was born. Now we have a wool pile mattress pad, which I love. It's not hot at all. It's 1" thick wool on a knit backing and it's machine washable and dryable....See MoreDo you have a featherbed topper on your mattress?
Comments (31)I have one :) My Gran for some reason had two. She is always switching things on her bed, trying to find something for them to get a better nights sleep and I guess she didn't like the one or something so she bought another. Then she removed them all together and I inherited it! Out mattress is old and should be replaced but we always have something else we need the money for. The topper made our old bed like new again :) The one we have came from QVC, from Nothern Nights. I LOVE it! DH and I have slept better in our bed since we've had that topper than ever before. The only complaints I have are that I have to get my hands under the fitted sheet every day on either side of the bed and fluff the topper so it's soft again for bed. Also, because we're used to it, I HATE sleeping anywhere else on any other bed. I just don't sleep well! It's also not a good idea for like kids or anyone that may have pets or kids sleeping in their bed because accidents aren't good! DS whined because our bed was so soft so I found him a different type of topper but he has a liner between the topper and his sheets to be on the safe side ;)...See MoreDo you have a mattress topper?
Comments (13)Susan, I don't use a mattress pad anymore. I just laid the foam toppers on top of the mattress. I know what you mean about feeling like crying. I'd have to look it up, but I think I my present mattress was my fifth one in four years. I was lucky that I got my money back on all the others, as they were inspected and found to be defective. I think 90% of the mattresses made today are defective! I hung out for a long time on a mattress forum, where I learned all the things I wish I'd known when I started mattress shopping....See MoreDLM2000-GW
