That is wrong on so many levels. "I am concerned that that run of pipe is technically not in my property." That is common in condos/townhouses/duplex houses. Electric, plumbing, AC lines, vents, etc. go thru spaces that might be owned by other people. Keep your eye on your electric bill because people DO steal, but it's nothing to get too worked up about since it's unlikely.

Then I was told voltage drops so they don’t give more that 150 feet of wire so I’m assuming I would need another pony pole but does that include a transformer?
