electrical service drop line... working around it safe?

This will be the first Christmas in our house, and IÂm plotting out lighting. Our house is shown below (from before we bought it). I would like to take icicle lights of course across the front gutter, but then also up along the roofline on the sides of the house. The right side of the house has the issue of height, which I can manage somehow. The left side however, has a scarier concern... that top wire crossing the street is our electricity service drop line, serving our 200 amp power. ItÂs attached to the side there, above head level if IÂm standing on the carport.

WhatÂs the danger level of these service lines? I donÂt know if hanging Christmas lights right around it is a suicide mission, or if the line is insulated and IÂm okay. Any thoughts? Alternatively I could just take the lights around the carport, but IÂd rather not highlight a feature of the house IÂm not crazy about aesthetically in the first place (oh, and all the window awnings are gone by now, too) :-)

Thanks!
