Prayers needed

As you ladies know the girls mom is more pr less MIA again. Last we heard she was living in town again but now we really arn't sure. We suspect she may have moved back with the abusive BF.

She has only been in contact with the girls via telephone twice in a month and a half. She will not speak to either Jonathan or myself and hangs up as soon as she is done speaking with the girls to avoid any conversation.

Yesterday while we were on our way home we get a text from her saying this "Tell the girls I love and miss them and I'm sorry that I can't be there with them." I told the girls and sent a message back that said "They said they lova and miss you too. Where R U and how's the job hunt coming? Any luck?" I got no reply back. Either she is trying to get it together on the sly (we hope!) or she is beyond trashed and doesn't want to even speak to us because she knows we will know.

Everyone say a little prayer for the girls mom. I am really a little concerned that she may be fixing to hit (or HAS hit)rock bottom and as much as I despise her the majority of the time she IS the girls mom and I don't want anything bad happening to her. The girls love her so much.

Oh, that is so sad. Even though she's been a sh*tty mom, she is still a person and it's sad to see someone's life spiral out of control as they battle addiction.

You are a sweet person to worry about her and it really just goes to show how much you love the girls.

(((HUGS))) I will pray that she's able to find her way "back" somehow.

Heavenly Father,

As you love each one of us I ask that especially make your love known to this poor woman. To have forsaken her beautiful daughters for a lifestyle of pure destruction we know that she is not in her right mind. We ask that you bring her to the realization that there is nothing more precious than her girls, nothing more worth fighting for than her life and nothing more dependable than you. Please protect her from those who would see to do her harm. Please bring someone into her life that she will trust and that will help her. Someone that will help her find her way back to the life that you created her for.

I ask also that you protect doodle. As she and Jonathan get ever closer to bringing their own miracle into the world please surround them with peace and with the joyous anticipation of this new baby. Allow them to feel your presence during this time and always. Guard them against the distractions that would take any joy away from this time.

Bless these two little girls with the innocence of their young age so that they can experience the miracle of a new baby sister and the complete joy of Christmas. Let nothing spoil these the most perfect of blessings.

Your friend definitely needs all of the prayers she can get and needs a miracle. My prayer for her has been said. It would help to have the first name of a person when we are asked to pray for them.

There have been no improvements over the last days, he does open his eyes from time to time but has no strength to communicate with them. His stroke caused bleeding in the brain, caused from high blood pressure. He is also diabetic and on dialysis 3 times a week. They are having a hard time giving him dialysis because the filter keeps clogging and he can not be given a blood thinner.Terri has not been home since he went to the hospital. We go out each day and do what needs to be done, feed the cats, get the mail and things. Thanks for the continued prayers. Sue

The wake was yesterday in a large Catholic church, which luckily was air conditioned. The crowds were enormous, the lines long, but well arranged once inside the church. The funeral was today and was a beautiful testament to a life well lived, but taken too early. The major roadways to and from the church to the burial grounds were blocked off-the motorcade was long. As we gathered at his final resting place in Lexington for the burial- there were NO dry eyes in the crowd. From there we went to a local Marriott for a luncheon and for more time to mingle with the family and friends who were part of this young man's life. Now the "kids" are off to be by themselves and will come "back home" to their family home for respite. We expect a crowd here tonight. Love your children, hold them close, realize what precious gifts they are. In a blink of an eye so much can change.........and please consider organ donation. So many are waiting for the gifts of continued life. Thank you for reading this.

Doodle, I am praying for her but I am also praying that she has or DOES hit rock bottom (and soon!) because once you hit bottom, there's only one direction to go... and that's up.

It would be worse if she keeps finding new lows. I couldn't have said it better than Believer. Bless you and those children... and their mother.
