mitch, is there a way to look up kitchens by style or color? When I clicked on it, there's a list of the owners alphabetically, but not by any other means I see.

leahcate, just above the list of alphabetized owners, you can click on "categories" and then search what you want, for example, "white/cream cabinets", you can even search by cabinet brand, everything is broken down.

You can also try the link below. They have kitchens broken down by color and have some gorgeous kitchens to drool over!

Thanks all, we will be happy when it is finally finished...dragging our feet on getting the backsplash done, but the trim around the door is finally finished I just haven't updated my pics...lost my oomph over the last few months.

Lagrant...I hang out a lot on the kitchens forum and I missed your kitchen somehow...love it!!! Your wall color highlights that beautiful marble perfectly! How on earth do you keep white bar stools clean?! So pretty!

Hellokitty, thanks so much, the color on the walls is BM Heather Gray. It looks green sometimes and gray'ish sometimes, it's cool the way it changes with the light. I always say that it reminds of the ocean when it's all churned up during a storm. Post pics when you get that beautiful black granite installed. Will it be honed?

newdawn - thank you :) yes, the island is marble. Calacatta honed. The perimeter is cambrian antiqued black granite.

lesmis - oh honey, those barstools are velcro slipcovered in white canvas - I just whip those puppies off and toss them in the wash :). I have 5 teenagers....enough said :).
