Boy, that's something for $200. Others can tell you if it would fit into a ranch home, but I should think it depends upon the style of your other furniture.

I would probably pair it with a different mirror, something less swirly. But it could work in your space, and it's a good deal if the counter is in good shape!

Is the sink printed, like with a painting of birds? Or am I seeing that wrong? That bit isn't quite my taste, but I wonder if you could replace the sink (if it's not your taste as well). I love that it's on legs, that can make a small bath feel like it has more floor space.

I love the sink! I'd probably give $200 just for it. I'm not crazy about the style of the vanity and mirror, but I prefer things a bit more spare. It looks to me like an early 90s interpretation of an antique dresser

I might like it more if it was not white. I've seen quite a few pieces recently painted two-tone beige and taupe. Add some glass knobs to replace what's there, and you could have quite a pretty piece. I'm attaching a picture of what I'm talking about. I'm currently painting a piece in these two-tone colors.

I'm really not fond of the mirror, though. It looks like it's trying too hard.

If it's well-made and the taps work, I think it would look terrific with cottage decor. I don't love the mirror, but even without it, I would say that's a good price.

Thanks guys! I'm the same way with the mirror and would probably replace it with a wall-mounted one since DH is 6'3" and he'd hate to stoop down all the time. I love the shape and style of the vanity, and the sink just makes me sing! It reminds me of a bathroom version of the $2k one Kohler makes (pic) but with that price tag this seems like a much more realistic buy! :)

I think it's adorable, and pairing it with a more simple wall-mounted mirror would be a better fit than the current mirror. What an amazing price!

If you have a fireplace with a mantel, you might paint the mirror trim glossy black, and use it over the mantel, to add a little of the same fantasy feeling to that room. Then a plain modern one over the vanity.

I hope you were able to get that vanity, the likes of which is never, ever seen on my area's craigslist.
