Deer aren't really deadly of course but don't try telling that to a horse. Anyone on four legs (or two) or wheels, or rocks, trees, etc is potentially horse eating. This is the key thing to keep in mind about horses. And the other thing to keep in mind is that when they are scared, they run. ;) Its also possible she ran because the deer ran, not because she was afraid of it, but because she figured if IT had reason to run maybe she should too. With lots of training and "miles" she'll get more confident and secure. My trainer's two lesson horses are "bomb proof". Nothing phases those boys. They're also 22 years old. Image is only 6, she's already very calm and level headed for a horse so young, in a couple years she'll be VERY calm and sensible. In a couple years I'd put my Mom on her for a trail ride, but not quiet yet. ;) I still bounce better if I come off. hehe

That's not true. The overall depth is 24 1/4". You can install it flush with the front edge of your countertop. Check out the specs on the Liebherr website. I have the built-in model, but I also looked at the free-standing CS 2062 at a showroom and it was installed between two end panels and was as flush as the built-in model except that the top hinge covers are exposed on the CS 2062.

Julie, I had the same NFMart experience you did. I was completely overwhelmed by the store and DH ended up talking me into a soft Broyhill. DH..."Why are we here if were not going to buy anything?" After 4yrs the wood frame squeaks and it's so uncomfortable I'm always changing sitting positions. Have you been to Crowley Furniture in OP? I think they carry mid-line sofas but their service is excellent. The two sales people that helped me were decorators. It was great to bounce ideas off them, as well as get help with the multitude of fabric choices. If you're adventurous you could try T. Ormans. They advertise high end furniture at wholesale prices. Another overwhelming place for me. Tons of furniture spread out over a 70,000 sq ft building. I think you really have to know what you want before you go. They're only open Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays. I do think I'll visit NFM again. Next time I'll go during the week and be armed with a list of brands worthy to look at. I remember the back of the store had an area of higher quality furniture that wasn't prowled by hungry salespeople. Also, every time I try to find a dealer for one of the above mentioned brands it comes back as being carried by NFM. Jennifer

I have had that same conversation with all 3 of my SC.... and you want to say something to confirm their feelings but you can't you have to come up with an explanation that doesn't berate mom. I have to walk away alot of the time before I say something stupid to the kids. My old stand by is ... your mom is angry right now and angry people say and do dumb things. A few times they have responded but she is always angry when is she not going to be angry anymore. I don't know hopefully she can work on it and get through it with out talking to you guys about why she is angry. It really doesn't matter mom or dad who does not have custody .... Thats why I asked why NCP's do this to their children. Whatever the reasoning behind who has custody ... you can tell yourself whatever you want to help you believe that no mother would ever leave her children ...but more and more these days, fathers have custody and mothers have visitation. Years ago wasn't even a thought kids went with mom after divorce. Now its a toss up. Yes finances are a determining factor but not in my hubby's case ... ex-wife brought home the bacon and hubby cooked it. She never wanted custody just wanted out of the marriage. If they don't want to be involved thats fine but don't twist the kids into thinking you'll be there for them ... then turn around with some excuse why you can't be a parent again. Blaming others so you don't have to be a parent. Whoever it may be ... judge, boss, job there are no excuses for not being there(physically or mentally) for your kids. Children should not have to worry about ...if I say this or that will it make mommy or daddy (insert emotion).
