Thank you. They have gone through too much the past few months without losing each other. This has been a LOAD OFF! If they do good adjusting we will think about seperating them next year. Now just wasn't the time.

I am so happy for the girls! And it is sad that you all had to go above the principal to get this done...the principal should have done it himself! But good for you guys for sticking up for the girls and doing whats best for them.

Good for you Doodle! And Kudos to your Hubby for doing the right thing by his little girls. So many parents don't bother to get involved, or else they get way too involved and side with the children against the teachers. But in this case, you two did exactly the right thing.

If you possibly can, try to volunteer at the school and get some 'face time' in so the administration can see that you're one of "the good guys" and not just a thorn in their sides. It'll be very helpful to have some 'brownie points' built up in case you ever need them, PLUS it'll allow you to see how your little girls are adjusting and if/when they're ready to be split.

That is precisely what Jonathan said. We need to be super friendly and very involved so they see we are not just all piss and vinegar (for lack of better words)but rather just truly concerned parents/step parent.

It really wasn't best for the girls to be seperated right now and they would of been terribly traumatized over it. They are each others main support right now and we couldn't let that be taken away from them.

Daddy did a good job. He went to bat for his babies. I love this man. He really is an awesome husband and an even better father. He is our hero:)

Thanks quirk:) There is nothing hotter than a man taking care of his kids. It is a total turn on...hahaha. Now if he's playing with his kid's while doing household chores like say, oh I don't know, vacuuming the living room, THAT is the stuff erotic dreams are made of...lol.

Seriously though, Jonathan is such a tuff guy with his long hair and tattoos. He is THE local guitar guy...the best blues guitarist any where in the area. He is known for his old partying ways and has been dubbed a crazy person because of some pretty wild past antics. Girls think he is just the cutest thing because he has that whole "bad boy" persona from back in the day but he is the most beautiful to me when he's tucking the girls at night, watering the flowers and cooking us all dinner. He is such a family guy that I can't imagine him any different. We just know him as daddy.

Make sure he knows it Doodle! Self-image is a powerful thing, and if you want him to appreciate these fine aspects of his own character, it's important that he sees *you* appreciating them. He needs to know that while the "bad boy" had a certain appeal, that "Daddy" is infinitely sexier. If he knew it turned you on to see him vacuuming while playing with the kids, you'd never have to vacuum again!

Oh he knows Sweeby...hahaha. He does the eyebrow thing when he sees me watching him doing the dishes, it's this little inside joke we have going. He knows I think it is beyond sexy when he's being daddy and husband.

This man has come leaps and bounds for his children in the past few years. He does have a semi-famous character around these parts and I know sometimes he misses that. I build him up every chance I get and tell him how proud I am of him and how important he is to his girls....all of us.
