Anderson 400 tilt & wash vs woodwright

Hi everyone,
We are building a multi-purpose building (not my house) with 15 double hung windows. Have narrowed my choices to the Andersen 400 tilt-wash vs woodwright. (Really wanted the marvin ultimates but price difference between the A tilt wash & the M ultimates was $300 which is just too much for this building.). My builder says if I am painting the interiors, which I am, there is no reason to pay up for the woodwright. Does that sound right? Haven't priced the difference yet, but I think it is about $100 per window.
Thanks for any guidance--I've already delayed the project at least a week going around about all this!
