I wouldn't use vinegar. Vinegar is used with dye to set color in Easter eggs. Or that was how you used to dye eggs. So I would be afraid the vinegar would set the stain. Also, if you have run in through the dryer you probably have permanently set the stain. Have you tried one of the prewash products such as spray n wash? I actually use an Oxiclean prewash that I really like. Try spraying it down and then dusting it with laundry detergent. Use a toothbrush and lightly scrub the area, keeping it wet with the prewash product. Come back and check on it and see if it's releasing any of the color. Just don't use the bleach formulation of laundry detergents. And I know everyone is "gun hoe" about Charlie's, but try a different brand. Even if you have to borrow a cup from the neighbor. My last stand product is Oil-Eaters. Again you would spray on as a prewash and gently scrub with a toothbrush. I have used it to take grease out of clothes. And it hasn't taken the color out, but it wasn't polar fleece. It does list as a laundry prewash on the bottle. But I would test it in an inconspicuous spot before using.

It depends on the fabric content Sue. Even if it's all cotton it would have to be washed first to get all the sizing out. A polished cotton wouldn't tea dye well even after washing if at all.

Hi, Guri. First of all your floor is beautiful ( and your baby, too ). I like your pink and mocha sofas. The mocha picks up the flooring color beautifully. However , I think the rug should be not so cream and Moroccan, but more crisp , lighter and contemporary ( see inspiration pic. ). —- I have to say though, while teal is one of my favorite colors, my heart sank a little to see you had changed the fresh, white wall color so drastically. The white is much more Scandinavian which you said you like. Nevertheless, take a look at the sofa configuration in this photo. It also leaves space in front of the window, much like yours. Maybe you just need time to get used to that. Notice the table and floor lamps there.This vertical art makes such a striking statement above the FP. —— I also liked the sofa under the stairs :) , in case you might get two chairs at a later time. I thought it made your foyer so interesting.
