@Melndo The walls are Benjamin Moore Rockport Gray: https://www.benjaminmoore.com/en-us/color-overview/find-your-color/color/HC-105/rockport-gray?color=HC-105 Our window is north facing as well. There is a large Japanese maple near the window so we don't get a ton of light there. I have the floor lamps, two table lamps and a light on the ceiling that isn't in the picture to make sure the room gets enough light. We actually use this room as a music room. There is a piano on the wall that isn't in the picture. Hope this helps! Glad you like it. :)

I recently bought a product called Veilish. It’s a window film made with fabric material. It’s semi-transparent, so it can provide indoor privacy without blocking the view outdoors. The best thing is that it is self-adhesive, and it can be installed and removed easily, so you don’t need an installation expert. I think you will definitely be satisfied with this product.

Feeling your pain. We have 21 windows and they are builder grade and the house is 20 years old. We can’t afford to do all at the same time so we are doing them in stages. A lot of companies don’t want to do less than 10. Our current quotes are from Brock windows and Lowe’s. Quoted 7 windows but due to finances we are doing 5 on this pass. Have requested quote through Costco twice and still haven’t been contacted. 2 companies told us they won’t do 5 windows.
