Jim, I am always in awe of your home and collections and your decorating talent. How your place can combine the "museum look", store display, AND COZY warm inviting HOME, is nothing short of amazing. Many thanks for your reply Paul! We are allowed to water the garden four times a week for an hour each with the hand held hose only. I only water twice a week at night, and save what I can from the kitchen to tip in the garden also. I have made one garden area a save my garden plot as I tend to be a bit of a collector. I have been planting the plants in some of my pots in this garden that I would like to survive, and then concentrate on soaking this garden when I am allowed. So far its working and most plants have survived. I have also mulched this area fairly heavily as I have a garden shredder and alot of palms. I am hoping it will rain soon as it is cyclone season now, and would just love to turn my irrigation back on as I am sick of holding the hose. Happy Christmas and thanks again for your advice.
