If you can find a silver,gray,white or dull lavender tablecloth, put a black lace table cloth over it for a very pretty effect. This time of year you can find lace tablecloths with very elegant halloween designs, and a lighter color underneath makes the designs pop. I usually do orange or dark purple because i like to do my decorations big,colorful, and obnoxiously tacky most of the time! EAch holiday comes only once a year right? LOL. But i think gray or even an off white underneath would go with your scheme better. Also, I have some lovely black lace window panels with halloween designs that i hang over sheer white curtains on my windows. I think they are very elegant too. You can find them online.Try ebay or amazon. If you can find a couple of nice candleabras for your table..that would add a dramatic touch without being to cheesy. Again, this time of year they are easy to find. Maybe put black stones (that you find in the floral section)in some hurricanes with white candles, or clear or silver stones with black candles. Just some ideas.....

SD I agree with Nana you did a wonderful job! I love going to Halloween parties with decorations that make it special. It shows that a lot of thought went into them and I'm sure fun to do. Love all the dramatic lighting which gives a nice glow to everything . Your table and FP look great too...both fun looking. I'm looking forward to see what you have planned for this year. Welcome Azzalea! Oh my, what a FUN thing to do!! A Halloween Party in AUG. Love it! Sounds like all of you made such cute things as well as had a great time. (age is irrelevant for things like this.) I have the same problem as Party and Seas...no one to do stuff with. They are all HERE on the Forum and Janie must've lost the bus keys to pick us up and head for your place! :o) I have a feeling it would be so neat to meet you. Mustangs, I'm sorry your husband didn't notice your decor. :( When we were getting to know each other, I was thrilled to learn Mr G was/is just as much into holiday decor as I am .... especially Christmas lights. He goes overboard (in a good way!) with them. I'm terrified of getting on the roof, but his hobby is rock climbing (mountains), so it's nothing! Mimi, oh, no!! I so hope you find your decor! Funny about the Owl sign .... the day after I took the picture, my husband backed over it with his truck! Mowed down some Zinnias, part of the Crape Myrtle, and sign. I was able to fix it. :-D Lynn, I think I remember seeing your Halloween decor in years past, and LOVE what you do! Goodness, it always awes me! Please share your pics, can't wait to see. :)
