My first glass totems....

They are in the gallery part of this, I don't know how to post a pic here:( What do you think? This is my first time posting on here too, I usually just "lurk" this is the greatest forum to get these cool ideas!!

Your garden totems are fantastic Emily. And - Welcome to the forum, no more lurking now, you jump right in here and be a part of the fun all the time.

To post a pic on this side is just like you did it in the gallery side. However, to post the pic right into your msg, (I'm guessing you're using Photobucket for your pics), click on the middle HTML Code and it will say "Copied" - go back to the forum and put your cursor in your post where you want the pic to appear. Then at the top menu of your screen, click on Edit and then scroll down and click on Paste. You will see the HTML Code in your post. When you next "Preview Message" you will see your pic inside your post. Once you get the hang of it it's easy.

Kirk, That is really a cool birdbath!!!! Ok now make sure that there is something in there so the birds have something to grip with their feet. Make sure no other critters get in it and break that beautiful piece of art! And bring it in in the winter too! :-) Love, Jules

Love your green totem, really nice shape to it too! If you are using Photobucket, you can just click/check each picture you want on the page, go all the way to the bottom of that page and click on the box at the bottom right side that says "generate IMG and HTML code". It takes you to the next page where you can right click on the first box and select "copy", now go to your post and right click and select "paste". Your pictures will all show up when you hit "preview message" This way you can post one or the whole page of pictures all at once without having to go back and forth. Give it a try.

Adorable!! Love the colors for her!! My Garden Ladies have so far been clear. You definitely will need something flat and large on the bottom to keep her from being tipped over. I mostly use microwave trays that I pick up at GW. They can be covered with mulch or dirt. Here are a couple of my Garden Ladies that I've covered the bottom plates on. Seal well with silicone, so they don't sweat. Ladies don't like to sweat! LOL Mine are a couple of years old and holding up well. I do take them in for our winters here in Ohio. They're a lot taller than they look here! LOL Poor angle...and a tall planter! Poor lighting too...you hardly even notice the little one in the top part of the planter! ~Sandy~
