Black faucet, Almond sink and Giallo Napoleon granit?

We are remodeling our 1980s kitchen, and have chosen giallo napoleone granite for the countertops. It is brownish with carmel and grey tones. Our sink is Kohler Iron Tones...in almond. I am trying to choose a faucet and here are my concerns. The sink overlooks the den, which is connected to the kitchen by 3 steps down into it. I don't think it would look good from the den, to have a big, tall faucet at the opening, so I have been looking for shorter faucets. It occurred to me, that if I get a dark finish, maybe the faucet will kinda "go away" when you are down in the den, watching TV and the lights in the kitchen are off.

I am considering the Elkay LKGT-1041 in oil rubbed brass, which looks basically black. My DH wants a pull-out faucet.

Will the black faucet, almond sink, and granite all blend? Or will it look badly mismatched?

Thanks to all of you...I am so burned out.
