I still can't believe that I paid only $3.00 for this last weekend at a yardsale!

Good idea. I have found some awesome things at auctions. Especially if you hit one on an off day when there are hardly any bidders. My mom got a like new sofa, love seat and chair for $100 years ago. Luckily a lot of our auctions are indoors where it is air conditioned. Around here, the storage places sell off their spaces at auction. You don't get to go through the stuff before bidding. You can just see what you can through the doorway. Not sure I need that much junk! he-he

This is so simply elegant. The new tablecloth was a great find and I love how you used the triangle placemats. I guess several of us have those blue goblets! Great Minds!!!LOL They are very versatile and work on so many different TS's. I also love how you change the china cabinet to match. Mine is too full of treasures to do that other than I do change the china at Christmas, and Easter. LOL Just lovely. TFS, Candy

Hi Lori! Good to hear from you! I cut them before they get too brittle and put them in the garage, cool and dark. In Dec. I spray them. Actually I am going to spray some gold next week for something I am doing..I'll post it so you can see how they look. And you never know, you may get a lot of blooms next year. Feed fall, (now), and early spring with Hollytone. The Polish farmer I bought many from told me that's what should be done. And I am obedient!

I wonder if it is a sewing box/table? I have a vintage sewing box that looks a lot like that, and unfortunately I pd alot more than 3 dollars. Congratulations on your great find!
