invoice for expenses

Does anyone know where I can get an expense invoice template. BM refuses to pay for her half of medical/dental or extra activities related to the children unless we put it in an invoice form (business owner). We have copied the receipts for items paid but she "can't figure out how much she has to pay" dividing by 2 must be very difficult.

hubby to BM: do you have your half of their expenses? how much is half ... add it up and divide by 2 ... why do I have to do divide it can't you just send me an invoice for how much I owe? I pay you enough in child support to cover all this anyway.

btw.. her CS just about covers their therapy never mind prescriptions and extras (some that she signed them up for) theatre baseball football soccer etc ...

YES she signs them up for stuff and then we have to shuttle them around to these programs.

sample conversation: Hey I was talking with child #? and he wants to play (activity) on wed. I know its not my day so I can't bring him but he is just so excited about going so you HAVE to take him and pick him up the fee is $$$ they need their payment by monday.

You got yourself a real winner there Cawfe...

You can get a pad of 'Invoices' at any office supply store -- that's probably easiest. If I recall my accounting classes, an 'Invoice' simply says what amount to pay and when it's due. A 'Statement' explains the charges.

Cawfe, you need to have a rule in place with BM about signing kids up for activities. There should at least be some discussion between both sets of parents, especially since you split the cost and are primarily responsible for getting the kids there. If she continues to sign them up for stuff on days that are not hers, couldn't you just say, "Oh, I'm so sorry, we can't drive that day, but even though it's not your day, why don't you just take him, and, oh, don't forget about the fee. Just give us an invoice for our share. Thanks."

There are many bonsai trees bought/sold for prices in excess of one million dollars. Tini, to clarify.. they are all different flowers.. the 3 layered flower you have holding is called Dontara malli.. Belle of India that does not have the really long stem that you see here is Pandiri malli.. Bondu malli is Grand duke. These are Telugu names for Various Jasmines. But there are other varieties as you know here, available from other parts of the world. The Mallichat which is really a small flower, Malipikul which has 2 layers and has a lotus like appearence. Then there is Grand Duke supreme , a really large flower . Arabian nights jasmine is also a slightly different flower. And you know the regular J. sambac and Jasmine Mysore mulli/J.multipetals..The belle of India flower I see here is a larger flower than the Belle of India i saw in India. Hope this helps. If you want cuttings then I have Grand duke, Belle of India and Jasmine sambac, mysore mulli to offer..GDS and Malichat and Mali pikul are small to cut now, but I can in 6 months or so Radha.

We just got trendy threads 2 in classy and we are super happy w it. Our walls are painted SW Alabaster (a warm white) and the basement is SW Repose Gray. We've had it since the fall. We did the tempur pedic pad. its not in the main area of our house...We did it in our formal living room, basement stairs and a basement hallway. Just note the warranty doesn‘t cover stairs. My friend has had trendy threads 1 in her home for 7 years and still likes it so that sealed it for me. i will say Home Depot tried to talk me into their Lifeproof carpet bc it has a better material and warranty but I couldnt afford it. You do need a specific vacuum for the trendy threads bc of the thick pile. I got the shark duo vertex and i use it on the thick carpet settng. I also used my mom’s shark rocket duo stick vacuum on it and that worked well.

So unpotting/saran wrapping them is a thing. Other conifer haul from other source was still in pots. Same shipping practices - bamboo to the height of the box so that any movement, the bambo served as the stopper. I was amazed that not a single broken stem branch in the entire order ! Just threw me for a curveball cause saran wrapping is quite tedious vs. slipping a bag over a pot, and then cinching the opening down around the collar.....to seal it in. Like other hobbies, I've sold and shipped many car wheels/tires in my lifetime, like how others do with shoes. It's a solid 25 minutes to pack a wheel. Cardboard face, and the hardest part is saran wrapping them (and that's with dolly on wheels for me to spin the dang thing).

I think I have found some kinship in you Cawfecup!!!
I have had the same thing happen to my husband and I, and what I have done is made a photocopy of the bill that has been paid, and then attach a word document that shows the Dr's name, date of service, how much the bill was for, how much her half is, and what she has paid (0). Then mail that to her with a delivery receipt (via the US Post Office). That way you can prove that you sent her a bill, and that she owes you. I do it on my computer, and it takes just a few minutes. My husband's ex hasn't paid a co-pay in 3 years. If she owes you a lot of $, then you can take her back to court to enforce it if you choose to do so. I wish you well!
