Trospero, a pic would be great. They few that I see on HMF do look like Incognito. Rosenpots, I'm glad that I found this nursery, wish I discovered them sooner. I fear though, that by going there to pick up my 2 I have on hold, I'll end up coming home with 6 or 7 extra plants that I hardly have the space or money for. lol. The first rose you have pictured is not Incognito. It looks like Rainbow's End. Did you make the Rose Show in Peoria? I swept the mini awards and took Queen and King in the mini-floras.

So, how did you finally solve the elect. issue? What are you trying to figure out about the tines? Have you tested your water? What is the pH level? If you need salt for the softener, then Somat is the best bet. It's expensive but lasts a long time, and unless you have really bad water you'll prob. only use a box a year. If you're water is good and doesn't need softening , then turn off the feature or you could ruin those glass dishes with too soft water. Don't know about F Tabs, those units run best on Cascade Complete - enzyme formuls or Persil powder. Don't use gel in an Incognito.

Thank you guys! blfenton, you are right! I want this to be an updated midcentury. I actually want the bathroom to look contemporary modern, with lots of white-clean, modern, and bright. The exterior will replicate the mcm architecture but the interior will be more updated. I am really stuck on the floors and very nervous because I want to do the whole house in one floor type. kwsl2-That acutally sounds like fun. I wouldnt want to pay to fly someone out here though. I have called a few places so far. One was recommended by a store, but they dont do residential properties. Another one I called only does multimillion dollar homes and wasnt interested. I called a couple other places, but havent gotten a return call. I called an architectural firm whose work I really like, but they do their own work and didnt know of anyone. I am also nervous about the cost. A lot of the stuff I see online is very expensive multimillion dollar traditional/farmhouse style homes. Maybe these places are expecting calls from builders or architects and not homeowners?
