Cooking with Rachael Rae

My actual name is Rachael and my middle name is Rae! Really! Unfortunately, that's about all I have in common with the famous Rachael Ray. I thought that it would be a fun idea to share some recipes. I love the opportunity to cook for my step-sons. BM always make the same meals for them and they never experience new foods, which causes them to turn their noses up on things that they have never tried before because, as they say "I know I won't like it." I've cooked several things that they have initially snarled at, but when encouraged to try them, they usually ask for seconds. With all that said, I thought that we could share some kid friendly recipes that work for us in our homes. Who knows, maybe they'll work for everyone else's home too! Please share~ Think easy foods and not too terribly obscure.

To start us off, I'll share a recipe that my step-sons have learned that they love!!

This recipe came from a '5 Ingredients or Less' cookbook.
