The question you really need to answer is-what level of telephone reliability do you require? If you want to get rid of a landline to save $, that's your choice...but you have to realize that that alternatives simply don't have the same level of dependability as a landline. There are just too many things that can go wrong (power loss-loss of internet-cellphone loss of signal or system overloads). This situation will probably improve over time..it's just not there yet. I am probably in an ever-decreasing minority, but I will keep my POTS landline (plain-old-telephone-system) until it gets taken away from me. Maybe by then, internet telephony will have improved to meet my level of satisfaction. Considering what it does and the complexity required to produce the desired result, the standard telephone system is without doubt the single most reliable piece of technology I have ever used. I won't give it up easily. I don't have a cellphone and don't want one.

Sorry it took so long to get back. There are several essential oil which pregnant women should avoid during pregnany, such as, peppermint, which is a stimulant and used to get labor going. Eucalyptus and Rosemary are also recommended to not use during pregancy. Lavender is used to relax and calm and is used during labor sometimes to calm. Lye, as we all know, is caustic and should not be inhaled even if you are not pregnant. It is a chemical so it should be used very carefully pregnant or not. I am opting to not use during pregnancy, my DH gets to make the CP soap right not :) Regarding FO, they are synthetic chemicals as well and there is not much out there on guidelines on use during pregnancy, I am trying to touch it as little as possible, wearing latex gloves etc. There is so much out there today that can already be harmful during pregnancy that I don't want to add anything else which may harm the developing fetus. Another EO pregnant women should avoid is Pennyroyal (for that matter most women should avoid it) it can actually change your menstrual cycle etc. I am going to read up some more on EO etc during pregancy if I find anything interesting I will post. A long time ago, someone on here posted a general rule for CL items that I've discovered works over and over again. List the item for 25% of what you paid, and negotiate from there based on demand. So, here, let's assume the chair went for about $1800. 25% would be $450. Then it would probably be negotiated to $350 -which is exactly what a few people have suggested. See, it works again! So I too, would offer about $350.

Lots of possibilities. We have a similar nook (was a dining area) right off the living area … we have chairs, a china cabinet (for storage and pretties), lamp, rug, and small game table (we found a vintage end table and painted a chess/checkerboard grid on it). A couple of chairs, table, lamp, etc, would work well. Or bookcase with chair and ottoman (seen on Pinterest): Another idea is a chaise lounge area … chaise, bookcase, lamp, small table, rug, pillows, throw. I have no idea of your decor style, budget, etc — that’s just a general idea of items. The bookcase would go on the right side wall and art on the other. Lighting of some sort should be a priority, as it looks pretty dark. Floor lamp, hanging fixture, something.
