I want to put us on Suzanne Somers plan. ( I lost 40lbs. in the past. ) Daughter is Dev. Disabled and recently Dx with Type 2 Diabetes. Insulin dependant.ADA diets dont work. Tried that route, what a nightmare. I need recipes following SS plan that a person with "childlike" appetite would like. She does NOT like ground beef, tomatoes, zucchini, cauliflower, broccoli, a sparagus. But loves the no-no foods...carrots, taters, peas, corn. All ideas welcomed. Thank you. sue

Darn, I just threw mine away. Otherwise I would have mailed it to you. I just got so that I felt like I pretty much knew how many carbs are in the basic foods and everything else is labeled.

Diabetic Peach Crumb Cobbler Ingredients 2 cups fresh peaches, sliced 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 2 teaspoons low-calorie margarine Directions Preheat oven to 350°F.
