Here's a cookbook I've just gotten because I'm interested in using coconut flour, which is low-carb, high-fiber, and also gluten-free. "Cooking with Coconut Flour" by Bruce Fife, N.D. You can Google for coconut flour and purchase it off the Internet. Coconut flour contains the highest percentage of dietary fiber in comparison to other flours. This flour is ideally suited for low-carb diets. Coconut has three times as much fiber as it does digestible carbohydrate. Grainlady

Whole wheat processed into flour is still high carb and turns to sugar instantly in the mouth. However, whole wheat grains like farro are fine. You should also avoid soda pop even with artificial sweeteners. There is evidence that artificial sweeteners are as bad or even worse than sugar. And juice of any sort is out as is beer. It's liquid carbs straight down without any fiber to slow down the insulin spike. If you like orange juice, eat the whole orange.

Their seasoning includes corn syrup which is a big no-no if you are on Atkins. I'm super sensitive to any real sugar, I may be full afterwards but get awful cravings a few hours after.
