I think your thumbnails are working for me, but I don't see the point of it, oh yes I do, you won't have a long thread to load if there are lots of pics. I don't know how to code for thumbnails here, and I really prefer photos embedded in a reasonable size right in the thread. I don't care for the dinky photos if you upload them to this site and another link to click on. Thumbnails certainly have their purpose in galleries though. I don't recall any thumbnail *here* taking me to a photo site where you have to register. I never look at any photos on any sites I have to sign in for. I only rarely register at sites, and then only when it's something I really want. You can code any link in a thumbnail, so I would be annoyed if it takes me somewhere I don't want to go. If a link is coded with a description like this forum is set up, then I'm not going somewhere blindly unless someone tricks me which hasn't happened yet. Some of it I think is a sneaky way of harvesting email addresses. I don't know which sites I frequent are dropping those data miner cookies on me either. I don't like that. If I have to have a cookie just to remember my password, that is ok, saves me the trouble of logging in each time, but I don't like being tracked. I think that should be outlawed just like porn. It is spying on you even if it is only for marketing purposes, I guess that's what it's for.

I do not know any Gunite installers in the area, I was set on a Liner, but might get a quote for Gunite, it looks like it is not that much more. I was worried about Gunite in New England. The only reason a compost pile would loose Nitrogen to the atmosphere is if it is not properly built. You find the same problem with animal manures that are simply piled up, that strong ammonia odor is Nitrogen gassing off. A properly constructed compost pile will conserve the nutrients in the materials being composted. Most everything I have been able to find on bio solids indicates that it may have nutrient analyses similar to animal manures but nothing that gives real numbers except those commercial operations (like Milorganite) that must have analyses since they are sold as fertilizers. A web search of "NPK content sewage sludge" did not produce any really good information about NPK either. kimmq is kimmsr
