House is not built so options are open though the floor will likely be a continuation of the wood from the adjoining rooms. The room will be built up under a stair so it is small. We will use a pocket door to maximize space. Yes, I do want a tiny bit of storage...just enough to hide spare tp and hand soap. Don't care what the counter material is. If it matters there will be a small wet bar across the hall about 4 feet. We haven't made all of the decisions about that either. The last thought was that we might use a copper sink with a lit artistic backsplash. The wetbar will definitely be stained a medium dark brown. Don't know quite what to say about budget. I would love for it not cost a lot though I know it's relative. The powder room will definitely not be the wow point for my house. I'd rather it be closer to "builder" grade the billionaire. I'm more likely to spend $700 on a light than I am to spend $3000 on the vanity. Does that help?

More info on the tile....in the questions for that photo, they say the tile is Puka Iridescent. I had a feeling that Puka was Sonoma Tilemakers but I couldn't check last night. So I have found it in their Vihara line of glass tiles. I actually like their Silk colors better than their Iridescent colors as an iridescent has other colors that probably won't work with your cream and brown granite. I had samples of Oceanside glass tiles in the polished, matte, and iridescent tiles, and just a touch of the iridescent wouldn't be bad in a custom mix. They have many colors, shapes, and sizes like Vihara. Your problem will be that you only need one or two sheets of tile for your backsplash and many places have minimum orders. https://sonomatilemakers.com/vihara/

Great job so far! Love your tile. If it were mine, I'd want large framed b&w photographs on both walls you're considering. Have you abandoned the seascape idea? I also think your mirror frame is a bit too wide. If you do consider changing it, consider a round one as proposed by Beverly.
