Any Ideas- What should I do with this?

A friend gave me a new project (mirror) yesterday it is plain and round aprox 3 ft across. I was thinking head board because I don't have one yet. But how? King Bed. This is a pic of what I did with the last mirror she gave me. The finished product is the size of the new unfinished mirror. Flood me with inspiration Please I am a visual learner so any pics that help describe your idea would be helpful.

Hey theman7676 i just use promix potting and seed soil. I use no rooting stuff at all i find that it doesnt work. What i do with my cuttings is i fill a cup with warm water and put the cuttings to soak for about 30mins. I soak only the part that is going in the soil then, i get large clear plastic cups you can buy them at the dollar store for cheap. I mist the promix potting soil first fill the cups and put the cuttings in because i misted the soil first i dont give them water after. Then i put the cuttings in a large plastic storage bin that you can pick up at home depot put the cutting in their put the lid on it and thats it. I do get mold too some times so i take the lid off the bin to air it out for a few hours then i put the lid back on. Cuttings need lots of humidity and i mean lots until the have nice roots. Oh and keep the in a place where its warm but not hot. All my lemon trees are in pots. My email address is massimo3667@hotmail.com feel free to email me with any questions.

Thank you for trying, but it can't be heat or frost. The weather has been very moderate last few weeks in Cairo where I am living, and the 2 tress have been thriving last 9 years in weathers much more accute than last few weeks. It must be an infection of some sort. The gardner (who is not a sofisticated one) claims that it is a new type of infection that came with plants imported from China lately! He sprayed it yesterday with an insecticide, but am not sure if it is not too late, or if it will be effective!

Those are the biggest 1 week old transplants that I have ever seen. How tall were they when you planted them out in the garden? Did you bury 80% of the plant in the ground? I guessing that you had some big plants and just barely buried the root balls. Your plants are suffering from transplant shock and will have a tough time recovering because of the way they are planted. The huge plant is trying to grow but the root system can't keep up. If my guess is wrong, let me know. It could be some other issues. Good luck, Gary

Hmmm, I was at a loss, so I Googled 'headboard with mirror'.

Some are modern, and some are 'dated', but if you have other stuff you can add to the project, I thought the first two in the 9th row down were nice. But your gift mirror isn't like either. I thought of yours when I saw the round frame leaning against the larger mirror. Maybe you can get some ideas there?

I googled round head boards, mirror head boards. I know the pic you are referring to with the small round leaning on the larger mirror. Your search came up with completely different pics. I thought about something like this but with the mirror in the hole but think it is kind of boxy

I know this is not a mirror but what about something like this(shape) with diamond tuft around it.

I think that's gorgeous and if you love it then give it a try. But that's a big expense and project, just to use a free mirror, if you're not completely in love with it.

I have been trying to think of an idea for a head board for 2 years LOL I know I am slow. I have been adding to my this goes into my bedroom pile since then, for a room refresh. Not completely sold on that idea but maybe something like it.

Still waiting for more ideas go ahead throw them at me.

I think you should put it on Craigs List, and get a real headboard.

You must admit that is a really creative idea!

No unless's here LOL I never thought of that. I have even thought about attaching a metal sculpture over it maybe for the deck. Free things must be transformed...................
