Happy Wednesday!! My package arrived from Melody late yesterday afternoon. :) I think when I opened it a CRAFTY EXPLOSION happened, lol! Melody, your package was so thoughtful and so decorated! Every little piece was perfect! In my awesome package was: ~Stickers for the kids. Mrs. Grossman's! I use these stickers all the time for scrapbooking, and the company is right around the corner from Melody! Small world! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THINKING OF THEM! :) ~An AMAZING hand made envelope. So pretty! And a letter inside explaining my contents along with a beautiful drawing of 3 of the flowers that Melody sent me seeds for. SO PRETTY! I'm going to trim it down, mat it and frame it! It's just perfect! :) ~So many seeds! All with red~white~blue seed baggies. Very cute! I've never used this kind before, but it seems to be softer and has more stretch than the one I normally use. THANK YOU!) ~And last but certainly not least the cutest hand made pin wheel! Melody this pin-wheel is the answer to a problem that my Girl Scout troop was having! We are having a Pincess Dance in the late fall and were trying to figure out a economical craft to make corsages with. Not only does it have to be economical, but the girls have to be able to make it. Which leaves out hot glue guns and more regular craft things. This pin-wheel with the wire can be used as a wrist corsage OR as a boutonniere for the dads...SUPER SIMPLE AND EASY!!!! The girls can decorate them any way they want! LOVE IT! HUGE THANK YOU! ~OH! and lest I forget the amazing package of Ghirardelli chocolates! I am in love with the midnight chocolate...so yummy! Melody, you went above and beyond for my box! Yea, I received my stocking today. It was just like Christmas morning. My stocking is red and green with bells on it. Inside was the following: lots of seeds, pumpkin, corn, grasses and some flowers 2 different sizes of zip lock bags for seeds a magnetic memo pad (I love these) cute Christmas earrings with bells and bows 2 bars of specialty soap key chain with a calculator on it a stuffed gingerbread man tree ornament bubble bath shower gel a Christmas key chain metal labels (can't ever have enough of these) colorful mini pens sample packet of "Gardner's Hand Healer" from Bath and Body candy a Christmas cup a cinnamon stick Last but not least there were some bells in the stocking and box. Janet, Be sure and sign me up for your sticker swap. I mailed back all my swappers stickers this morning. As a former hostess for a sticker swap, let me give you swappers a few pointers. #1. Make sure you have enough postage on your return envelopes, it cost me about $8.00 in extra postage this morning to mail these back out, of course that is also because I tried to include more stickers than I received back to everyone to make sure they would be happy with their swap goodies, and not feel cheated. #2. Romance, weddings and flowers are the MOST requested theme, and I received VERY few of these to swap back out so be prepared that if you request these items you may or may not get them, depending on how many people send them in. #3. Truthfully for me, it was easier for me to do the swap, if people sent in a pretty good detailed request list. Brands are not important but the more detailed the list the better chance you have of being happy with your return swapped stickers, of course this is just a guide NOT a promise so don't expect that you WILL get everything on your list, it really depends on what has been sent in by other swappers, but the better the list the better the outcome. In my opinion. #4. You REALLY need to put your initials on the backs of these stickers! It makes it SO much easier for the hostess to swap out the stickers, since she can tell right away if you sent in that sticker or not, and that way you don't get the same stickers back. #5. Clearance stickers are fine but try and include a selection of stickers that were not bought on clearance too. I received a BUNCH of the same Provo craft stickers that were bought on clearance and I had to end up keeping a bunch of them myself, so that swappers ended up with new stickers. Remember these are not Janet's rules, just some helpful hints from someone who has been there. LOL All in all though I had a great time looking at stickers I had never seen before.
