Well this one is a C-section, so I get to stay in the hospital for alittle longer than 5 minutes. Maybe I'll get part of the introduction done. New babies may sleep alot but their 4 yr old brother and 2 yr old sister doesn't anymore...:(((. Did you know that Children's Tylenol Cold & cough has the same stuff in it that NyQuil does, just lower doses! And yes, this little human is another girl, her name is Teagan. Poor brother and Dad will soon be outnumbered. And I will hopefully have another orchid accomplice,since my girl Campbell already shows great interest in the orchids! My husband says "every good shopper needs and accomplice". Maybe I'll have two!

Squirrels will kill adult birds at feeders also. When I lived around them I had squirrel baffles on the poles and all my feeders had grids. My platform feeder had a 1" grid over it also to keep out the starlings and cowbirds that bully the song birds. Keeping the feeders and birdhouses quite far from fences and trees helps also. Squirrels can jump really far. I have a friend who calls them flying rats. I also had a clear dome over one niger feeder. It's a lot of paraphernalia but I felt like I had to protect them if I was going to lure birds to the feeders. Here we have trouble with hawks that sit on the fence and wait for the quail and small birds to get distracted. There's kind of a downside to feeders and bird baths I guess. Birdhouses are easier to protect. Sounds like you have a good plan for the houses. So nice that you are looking out for the babies.

How about marking off a 1-2 inch strip around all four sides of the page as a border and scattering the names on different angles, in different fonts and colors, etc. within the border and in the middle say, "And the winner is..." and follow it with the name you decided upon and why. Maybe set the center off even more by matting the "winner is" and the name and the reasoning all separately to coordinate with the colors used in the border. There's lots of variations you could do, but I'll leave that up to your imagination. If you want more specific ideas, let me know and I can give you some. Jackie, First read ALL the posts of this forum. There are tons of ideas here on what to buy, and where to buy it the cheapest, and a lot of scrapbook terms and tips . I am inculding my favorite link that has TONS of sites for you to view. My second suggestion is to take a class if one is available in your area. At most classes you can use the instructors punches, scissors, etc, there by finding out first hand which ones you prefer, without having to buy them yourself. Keep posting and asking questions about what you need to know, someone here will try to figure out how to help you in what ever your problem or questions is.
