shower grout repair question

Five years ago, when I installed porcelain tile on our shower walls and coordinating tumbled marble on the shower floor, I also put a bead of clear silicone around the perimeter of the shower floor. Apparently water penetrated or somehow got beneath some of the silicone and caused mold.

So Sunday I scraped all the silicone off, and found a couple of spots where the grout became soft, cracked and popped out.

My question is what product would be a good choice to repair this? Do I need to completely tear out and regrout or would a sanded caulk work in this application? I won't be using silicone caulk again! LOL
