Yes, it's only Mrs B R's location, and I don't have another spot big enough for her. Dang it! JJ probably doesn't like my higher pH. I wonder if she'd like a little shade. She could have CS's spot. She doesn't keep many leaves and gets a little BS. RD is a sad story. She's getting too big for her spot. I could chop off a cane or two at the base, I guess, but she also hasn't been showing me any red in her flowers. Can't figure that out. CS is just sticks in my garden. Sherry

Wow! 100 a day! I can only imagine what that would be like. I might... just might have barely 100 daylilies and about 20 of those are unknowns. Most of mine are still in the double fan or small clump stage since I only started seriously collecting daylilies three years ago. So I don't expect to get a lot of blooms on one clump. My husband noticed all the stakes I had ready to put out for the daylilies I just bought and asked "how many did you buy". I said "13". And his response was "and they are all going to multiply." I think he wonders what I'm going to do in a couple of years when they need dividing! I love your pictures. They have a nice quality look to them. Gauguin would have to be my pick as a favorite. I love that peachy pink color.

I *think* so. I certainly hope so, LOL, as I've used stuff that is not labelled as being lignin free. Lignin is like a "glue" in trees that holds the fibres together. When paper is made that still contains the lignin, it is of low quality, and is likely to break down very quickly. Newsprint contains lignin, as it is a short-lived paper and does not need to be of high quality. Lignin in newsprint is what causes it to yellow and become brittle. You do not want to use papers with lignin because they are not high quality and do not have the durability that is necessary for scrapbooks that are meant to last for generations. My son and DIL lost a baby at 27 weeks. She had to deliver her and they had her cremated. I think the ashes are at her parents house. It has been over 3 years and it is still an extremely difficult subject for us to discuss. The time of the year that she lost the baby and the to be birthdate are hard days to deal with. They have since had a little boy (who is the light of my life) but their baby girl has a special place in my heart as well. My words to her would be chosen carefully. Please don't tell her that you understand what she is going through unless you have actually lost a baby that far along. Even though I had 2 miscarriages, they were early on and I made sure DIL understood that what I dealt with wasn't anything compared to her loss. And another point is that both the mother and father have to grieve seperately, they also have to grieve together. For the mother - she will have to deal with the emotional rollercoaster that comes with the hormonal changes in her body that she can't control. No one else can feel the same way she will - even the husband. He will need to know that this isn't something she will be over in a few weeks. He will be able to go back to work and fill his time with other thoughts much easier than she will. The best thing he can do for her and she for him is to hold on to each other and share your ups and downs. He needs to be able to tell her that he is hurting as well - she needs to know that too. Men tend to feel they have to be emotionally removed and the strong one. It may sound like I am contradicting myself but it all goes into what I mean by grieving seperately and together. I send your friend my deepest sympathies and prayers.
