I have a great friend from Southern California that came out to Ohio for 13 weeks as a traveling nurse to visit me. I've been missing southern CA ever since I moved back to Ohio almost a year ago. (ok, so I'm babbling...) ANYWAY...I've been doing a SB for her to chronicle her adventures in this great state and it's almost done. I think the best (and by far the hardest) was to take the word Ohio in all caps and make it just fit across the 2 pg spread (12 x 12). I did this in grey with a solid scarlet (hint OSU colors) background. That was a little doing, but then I took scraps of all the pics and made them fit into the letters, leaving about 1/4" of the grey border showing. It really came out nice (Thank God I didn't try with any other state!), but when I went to Kinko's I got depressed. I wanted to get copies of the pages because I know I don't want to do it again for my own album. Well, they quoted me a price of $25/pg for me! Wish I had a scanner to somehow show you, but I wouldn't be able to figure that one out either (-: Thanks for letting me vent. (Picking up my pictures and heading back to the table now...)
