I once saw a full-page-sized soccer ball pieced together with pictures of the sportsman in some of the blocks. It was on grass background paper, I think. I have two dd's- 7 months and 2-1/2 so I don't have any sports pages to do, so that's all I can come up with. Hope it helps. I'll look through my books and see what I can find.

Yea Sarah I have seen that one too, I think it's a Puzzlemate template which could be used for all those sports. I'm looking at a layout in the Pebbles catalog that is for basketball, I wil try to describe. The title is Shootin' Hoops, Blue letters with basketballs for the 'O's it says the design is by Cockadoodle designs. Then there are 2 pics overlaying each other. In the left corner they made a hoop by cutting black strips and laying on white paper then a basketball laying on the very top edge. I also remember seeing a baseball layout which was 2 pages, half of the diamond on one page half on the other, if I come across it again I will post.

I think I saw a soccer layout once that was a soccer ball with pictures replacing the black hexagons (it IS a hexagon, right???). I want to say it was in one of the CM idea books, but I'm not 100% sure.

Just checked my books and it's not in them. I must have seen it at a crop then - someone must have done that. Anyway, that was my idea. Does it make sense?

Finally, in the newest CM book (#6), there is a soccer layout -- very simple, green strip going down side with smaller strip of black inside of it. Soccer ball stickers down the center of black strip. The word SOCCER across top with ball in place of O, the word GOAL at bottom, on an angle, with ball sticker at the end of the word and in 2 open corners is just a small green triangle with goal posts and soccer ball on each one. LIke I said -- very simple.

I found another one in a book called Cynthia Hart's Scrapbook Workshop. I got it from my library. It has templates and patterns at the end you can copy and use. It even tells you what percent to enlarge it for the layout in the book. There's a couple soccer and a couple baseball. Hope you can find the book because they look really cute.

In CM idea book #3 you'll find the layout that Patti mentioned (pictures in hexagon shape making a soccer ball). It also has several other sports idea layouts. :)

The last Memory Makers magazine issue (march april) had many ideas about sport layouts. did you see it ? If you can't find it at your local store you can order it . here is their url. (The may june issue has wonderful kaleidoscope pages!why not try with sport photos ?)
