Yesterday I began a glass totem to put near Teeger's grave. I plan to have a solar light in the top of it. I didn't have the right color glass globs to decorate it (I wanted orange like his eyes) but remember that I HAVE glass beads. So I used them. Today I will work more on it and possibly finish it. I can use a solar light that I already have, by stealing it from the garden. I posted the above on my 10 minute blog. I still can't get peoples comments to embed under my posts (so you don't have to click on the comments link). Oh well. I'll just use it as an inspiration and craft diary for me! Sorry that some are having financial troubles. I hope that your situations improve very soon! I am very fortunate at the moment. But one reason I want to tame the chaos in our house is so that we can rent a room or 2 again if we need to. (We live near a teaching hospital and can get very nice people doing internships for 6 to 8 weeks at a time.) I've thought about doing it again to create some cash to help dfosterd so i don't feel resentful when I pay for medications (no health insurance) or car repairs. I used to have lesons with my Stampin Up teacher where I used to live. I love their stamps - at least the old ones. I still get their catalogs but like everything else they have taken to use those pastel fonts and I don't even look at them anymore. I'll be sure to look at that site. thanks

Thanks for all the websites. Spent a little while last night watching those YouTube videos and they helped alot. I did make my first ever page last night. It turned out ok, I didn't have a cutting tool so just used a straight edge and scissors and then cut the edges with decorative scissors so they aren't perfect. Kat, yes I feel 100% better than I did a few months ago. Getting enough calories, yes, just not enough protein. Had labs drawn about a month ago because my hair was falling out and found my prealbumin and albulmin levels were low. It's still falling out but I think it's slowing down. I'm down 69 pounds now. Would like to lose about 20-25 more. Oh, work is getting better, our patient to nurse ratio went way down a couple weeks ago. I also have an orientee working with me right now and I have to keep myself from doing everything so she can learn. Been pulling weeds out in the yard trying to get a little more active. My arms are really flabby now. Thanks for asking. How are you feeling? Will post a pic of the scrapbook page in a few minutes.

@Jilly......We always comment on how "enhanced" the colors are. Your DH is right, = green screen. Sam has an outline....never noticed. There's sooooooooooo much going on. Sue's face looked cleaned up at one point too....then in another shot...her left temple was spotted red. Her skin is suffering. I keep looking at all the no-see-em's flea bites everyone has. Rachel has two on her right cheek.
