Hello! I must say that I do admire your pictures of your morning Glories. I love that "Blue Dawn". I do not know if you are familiar with Ipomoea hederifolia, and I am not sure of the color, other than it has some red in it. I grew it this summer, but it was where I did not notice it. I thought it was short, but it evidently really likes the heights, and it doubled and trippled all over itself. If you have enough cuttings of "Blue Dawn", I would be willing to give you some of the Ipomoes Hederifolia seeds I have in exchange--if you want them, and, if you want anything, or all things, on my tradlist I would be very willing. Spring would be the most convenient time for me, as I am in S.E. New England, and have no greenhouse. Kindly reply one way or the other. THANK YOU. "corgicorner"

I can see Emily is really enjoying herself this Halloween. She did such a cute job on that centerpiece. Very original! I can see her being a member of our group here. lol I love all the birds you purchased. They're beautifully detailed. What a great find with that pinecone dish. Also, all your purchases at GW..I love the shape of those blue footed glasses.. Great price too. That hurts with your white serving dish. What luck to find another. They're very pretty. I would definitely epoxy the broken one and use it for something that's not liquid. I can't resist pretty napkins and you bought some pretty ones. I had about 110 kids, The night was beautiful and not too cool so all the neighborhood came out in droves. With help/advice of DD I even bought special non-allergenic organic candy and raisins and put a sign out saying for people to ask for them. Not one person did. I ended up just adding it all to the basket at the end. Around 8 p.m. the outsiders started coming in and were not happy that I didn't have real candy. After the third snarky kid walked away I turned off the lights. It was still fun to see all the kids dressed in costumes - especially the little ones. And, everyone from the neighborhood is always so polite. The teenage boy who wished me a Merry Christmas was delighted when I wished him a Happy New Year.

Thank you, naturegirl! Last year, I had it on my breakfast room hutch ... it looked nice with the “flickering candle” light on next to it. :) Love this thread! I took down Halloween decor today and kept out pumpkins and other Fall things. Added a lighted grapevine pumpkin to our scarecrow/wagon/pumpkins/straw bale display outside. Several adorable trick or treaters last night complimented our Halloween decor, which earned them extra candy. :D
