I'm thinking of trying Bellacor. They offer free shipping, price matching, hassle fee returns, and no restocking.

I have purchased two kitchen faucets from www.danzefaucetwarehouse.com.........their price was less than 1/2 of what our local plumbing company wanted for the same faucet and the shipping time was super...the first faucet was received the very next day after placing the order.....the second faucet was received two days after ordering.....everything new in unopened boxes......no seconds or returns....shipping is free....it is a wholesale company out of atlanta, ga.....the name of the company is HM Wallace.....www.hmwallace.com.....they sell toto, grohe, kohler, delta and others....I could not find a company anywhere on the internet that had a better price for danze faucets..........

I ordered from a bunch of websites including Faucet Direct, Quality Bath and Bellacor (lighting, not plumbing) and had not one single problem with any of them. Hope you have a better experience the second time.

If you do a search, you'll find several identical threads for online sinks/faucets.

I also ordered faucets from a bunch of online sources. My builder insisted I have them at the house early on, so we did not notice problems until they were ready to be installed. The good news is that they were all Grohe, which has a lifetime warranty. I called their customer service, and had the parts in less than a week at no charge to me. They did not even ask me how old they were or where I purchased them.

Last monday I ordered a Grohe Ladylux Cafe pulldown in Stainless for $401 from sinksdownunder, about $60 less then all the other on-line, and hundreds more then the local places. It was shipped the next day (free) and is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I will let you know if it does, and the condition.

I ordered two Kohler faucets from faucets direct and then found one of them at Lowes for $5 less with the $40 soap dispenser included. I had priced shopped online but I missed this at Lowes before ordering. I had a great experience with Faucet direct though. The prep faucet arrived in days and it was just about 2 weeks for the main faucet. (I knew it wasn't in stock when I ordered.) I tried to cancel the main sink faucet when I found the other one but it was enroute.(It really was as it arrived the next day.) They arranged the return with no hassles and it only cost $12 to return it and after pricing soap dispensers that was $12 well spent.

I just ordered a Delta faucet from Faucet Direct. It arrived within a few days and seems to be o.k. (I'll know more when the plumber installs it). When I was checking out (online), I saw this thing called "assure" or something like that. It was an additional charge that would diminsh my online savings.

When and if you buy online, important questions to ask: how long is their return policy i.e. 30 days vs. 90 days, is there a restocking fee and if there is how much, and what about the return shipping, who pays? These are the items that "assure" covers for a fee. If you call the customer service dept., they can tell you about their return policy.

Another tip, make sure you see the faucet at a showroom or store before ordering. I have been amazed at how many different shades of Oil Rubbed Bronze there are (some with red undertones, some with black undertones, etc.) when trying to match a bathroom faucet with a light fixture.
