Thanks for starting the post.......I hope you will all understand if I beg off till November. I might get a chance to lurk - but I know I will have absolutely no time to do anything else before then. We leave for Myrtle Beach on Oct. 29th (at least that's what is planned). I won't have internet service till I get it arranged when I get down there.

In the meantime - besides packing and getting ready to close down the house, I have my brother and 3 kids coming for a visit with my mom (in the nursing home here in town).....but they will be here. Just found out tonight - talk about a stressful time - but that will just make getting out of town all the sweeter on the 29th, if we get to leave then!

Thanks for being my friends and understanding.

No problem Elaine.I know it's tough to get on here all of the time. I didn't do anything yesterday and it's getting late today, but am going to try to put something on here.Unfortunately or fortunately, there are other things going on that keep us from being abel to do any psp/ing...Have a great time in Myrtle Beach. I hope to go there some day with hubby and do some golfing.

I am playing cat and mouse with the sun this morning. At local noon I want to check to see if the sun reaches the proper mark on the sunroon floor as the rays slant in. The weather is the same as it was yesterday. Random thunderstorms and such. We have broken clouds to the north and east and inky dark thunder clouds to the south and west. Every now and then the sun will break through and shine for a moment, inching closer to the proper mark. The weather is unsettled. There were tornado warning issued last night. I had the tv and weather radio turned off. Most of the warnings were well to the east, toward the Georgia end of the valley. I will feel a bit of relief knowing the earth is still spinnning properly about it's axis, and the earth is still spinning properly around the sun. One finds comfort in what one can......

Lucy... I, too, love your early morning photos, with the sun on the horizon. This one is particularly beautiful. I have survived the cold, and the worst is over. I will get out there shortly and get all the plants out of the garage. The western parts of the county didn't do so well. That is where many of your winter fruits and vegetables are grown. They got a pretty bad frost and are expecting the worst for many of the crops. I fear that things like green beans, sweet corn and maybe even sugar, are going to be a little more expensive this year. I knew what a widow's peak was but had no idea that it foretold an early widowhood. I guess that should make me relieved that I only have a cowlick.

Ok I haven't had too much time to get on mine and play lately but I got to playing around last night and today. I'm sorry I haven't had a chance to participate as much as I'd like to.

Love your tag MsT. I have discovered the wonderful world of pixels and I like to make these little tags lol. Here's mine:
