I think it has to do with a format issue, that's all I know and want to know. At first I thought it was a clip board problem. More: on Paste Special. If you have ever tried copying and pasting to another document or application in which the formatting is different, you may have found yourself with mismatched text. Larry, Glad to hear you solved your immediate problem ! :-) Re: Gmail compose font size, I don't think there's much you can do about it. What you see is what you get. For now it seems you have to find the right balance between the style of the font and its display size. Perhaps, though, someone may be working on a "Lab" feature to address this issue. ?? Also, for future reference, you (and/or your wife) could peruse the Email Discussions Forum. There are many threads on email providers, whether you're looking for a new one or just trying to solve a problem with one you have. They have lots of helpful people to assist you. There are a few provider-specific sections, too (for Runbox, Fastmail and Gmail -- though only the first two have contributions from actual representatives of those services). Terry I can do that yes but I would be doing it on every different website have just tried it. It is useful I know Ravencajun my Monitor is an HP W2207 its a widescreen. It says I can go 1680x1050 & this is what is is now with SP3. My DPI is 96. I presume I had it at 1680x1050 I cannot swear by it but I do know it was at the correct number. That sounds stupid I know .It is because I cannot remember offhand nos but it was the correct one Opened a good no of documents I have saved in both Word & DPF Some look a weird size others are fine . They are at 100% & if they were not large which was often the case I just bumped them up. Now I have 100 & 150 & I could swear I used to have a 125% I could use. I am not computer savvy & this has really upset me. I never ever had to keep changing Text size when I went from one Website to another & my eyesight is poor. I never use Word for doing anything am very elderly & my thing is usuing Photoshop Elements. Just looked with hubby at his Word stuff he is writing his Memories & its definetly OK. Have you any other suggestions ? Do you know what a widescreen should be set at? All I can find is HP on their site says "it goes to 1680x1050 " but does NOT say that this is what you should put it at if you know what I mean Thank you both for helping me . Poppygal
