This is the master bath in the home we just had built. I still want to add a few accessories, but I love the colors. The house is kind of "Texasy" with soft desert browns, sage green, and a few muted orange and reds for accents. A majority of the furniture is rustic and I have some Texas stars scattered around. I thought about putting a big picture of an old time cowboy in an old fashioned tub on the windowless wall over the bath tub, but I don't want to get too kitschy. Opinions? Toilet area (and dog. As you can see, the indoor unit is mounted near the ceiling. mini split in home mini split home stock Inside the unit is a fan and a set of self-adjusting louvers. The louvers can be configured by the remote control to sweep back and forth and up and down, or point the cool air in a specific direction or directions. The louver directions are easily set with the remote control. We love our mini-splits because they are quieter than the industrial-strength fans we used to have, and they provide near instantaneous cooling. When the unit is off, the louvers close, making the unit look even sleeker. In this photo, the louvers are closed almost all the way: indoor unit closed The indoor unit is connected to the outdoor unit by two insulated refrigerant pipes and a power line. We only have to drill a 3″ hole through the wall to run the pipes and wire. And, of course, the hole is behind the indoor unit and made weather tight from the outside.

Hi Sarah, Some of the photos -- especially the older (first) ones, have gone blank. That means the site that hosted them dumped them. We have no control over that, sorry. However, by far most of the photos should be visible to you. They're visible to me and to others so maybe it's your computer? Hard to say since I don't know what you're seeing. I do use a different hosting site than I used to and I think this one is better than the old one about not dumping pictures. Maybe reboot? Don't know what else to suggest.
