I can't get over how much you keep improving on your paintings. One of these days you will be famous and we can say we knew you when!!!!

Me again. Thanks for all the encouragement. Carol I've tried digital painting - with a tutorial but didn't like it. One of the thing I love about painting is the texture and feel of the oil paint (even the smell) I enjoy using my fingers to smudge clouds and computer painting just feels flat after that. Here's one I did in PSP. Sorry I didn't keep the tutorial so can't offer a link. Sue :)

LOL Judy that head just keeps popping up. It's amazing how many faces can be seen in my painted rocks - a little spooky. :) Urlee I finally got the X like streaks to go away - a little turps and a soft brush :) Now it loks more like the one you posted :) Mandy wants me to frame it so that gave me an ego boost. :) Thanks Deb :) Painting in real life is more fun as I manage to color myself as well as the board :) PSP just doesn't have the same hands on experience. Sue :)

Thank You ladies. lol it was a little like being back at school and coloring between the lines we drew. Peter (the teacher) said later on down the track he will do another pastel class. He gave us all our own set so we can practice and play at home but I will have to buy the special paper if I want to do that. Hope you are all having a great weekend Sue :)

LOL Urlee artists don't tend to become famouus until after they are dead so I'm hoping to be talking to you all for a very long time yet :)

Judy I even impressed myself this week - must have been the sugar rush from the chocolate I took to nibble while I worked :)
